Suggested improvement to the photo caption

The caption of the photo that shows the municipal device on a traffic control box says: "Note that the device is used upside-down."

But actually, it's shown sideways, i.e. rotated 90 degrees in a counter-clockwise direction. I would propose that the caption reflect this: "Note that the device is displayed sideways, rotated 90 degrees."
