The first attempt at the Muon spin spectroscopy page was aimed at enucleating a minimal set of information.
Of course, the entry point could be renamed μSR, or Muon Spin Rotation. The choice of spin spectroscopy in the initial version was meant to avoid approaching the subject by dealing with the nominalistic aspect, invoked by the final R in the acronym, directly in the first line.
Maybe we could start to plan future enhancements by discussing the layout in these pages. Issues:
- iconography
- technical details
- major applications
- references
- further reading
The description is utterly perfect. Thank you for a good work! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jogundas Armaitis (talk • contribs) 14:40, 3 January 2009 (UTC)
How it works days that the technique can be classified in between NMR and diffraction. This is rather misleading, since diffraction yields information on k-space, whereas the muon is eminently a local probe. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RDR (talk • contribs) 14:58, 30 May 2011 (UTC)

Article needs consistent reference to /mu^+ as either a positive muon or antimuon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.111.100.49 (talk) 10:41, 7 June 2012 (UTC)

editHello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Muon spin spectroscopy. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20110624051656/http://riken.nd.rl.ac.uk/ral.html to http://riken.nd.rl.ac.uk/ral.html
- Added
{{dead link}}
tag to http://riken.nd.rl.ac.uk/ral.html
