editA few instances where I'm not a fan of the wording.
- "Named after Murano, Italy the US$165 million building was completed in 2008."
- Preferably: "The building, named after Murano, Italy, was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$165 million".

- "The Murano would be built on West Market Street in Center City which had not had any residential development in the area"
- Would be? Is that the best wording? Does "planned to be" sound any better to you? Not sure about this one. What is City Centre? I assume it's not the city centre, is it a district?
- "The Murano ... be built on West Market Street in Centre City, an area which had not seen any residential development." MasterOfHisOwnDomain (talk) 18:28, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- Changed to "The planned site of the Murano was on West Market Street in Center City, an area which had not had any residential development until 2002 when 2121 Market Street was converted into apartments." Center City is the name of that part of the city and is wikilinked earlier in the paragraph. Medvedenko (talk) 19:35, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

Okay, no problem. However, ever vigilant as I am, I'm not quite finished yet! A couple of things to bore you with:
- "In 2008 and 2009 a recession hurt the condominium market, with citywide condominium sales declining 64 percent with high-end condo sales declining 24 percent."
- A recession seems too non-descript, I think it needs to be named somehow (maybe just, "The recession of the late-2000s"?). I've just noticed you did this for the lead, so I'd continue the trend.
- Condominium repeated. Perhaps ("with citywide sales in this sector").
- With repeated. Was there an issue with "and"?
- Me and "and" had a falling out some time ago, but nevertheless I fixed it.Medvedenko (talk) 00:15, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

- The header "Building"; seems a bit arbitrary; surely the entire article is about the building? As a suggestion, what about "Architecture"?
- I named it Architecture and features as I think just Architecture limits what actually appears in that section. (The reason why I named it building to begin with) Medvedenko (talk) 00:15, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
And that's about all I can think of at the moment. After you've made these changes, or swung me around to not making them, I'll have no hesitation in passing Murano for GAN. Well done on the article! MasterOfHisOwnDomain (talk) 19:57, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- That's great, thanks. No more issues, GAN has been completed and passed. Well done! MasterOfHisOwnDomain (talk) 17:22, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
