Tourney champ successions
editSince he won twelve times, then, there should be twelve (maybe minus a couple of consecutive wins) of those succession boxes at the end of the article, if there are any. However, I think that all of them would significantly clutter up this (and other sumō articles). Is there a good reason to keep them? Neier 12:45, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
- The new table is much nicer than the succession boxes. Neier 22:47, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Wedding
editHe got married 23/8/2008 [1](but had registered in april this year). His myoseki plans remain unknown. --Bilderling (talk) 06:44, 30 August 2008 (UTC)
Furiwake
editRussian source tells that he's borrowed Takamisakari's Furiwake kabu. --Bilderling (talk) 14:20, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
- The Sumo Association home page has updated Musashimaru's new name already, so I've used that as a source. Incidentally its not clear as to whether Takamisakari has actually purchased Furiwake or not, so I've removed it from Taka's article until I find a reliable source. --Pawnkingthree (talk) 19:17, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
- AFAIK, Takamisakari purchased this kabu last january [2]. In fact, nearly all forums noticed that. --Bilderling (talk) 06:38, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
- These things are always a little murky, though, and the latest story makes no mention of Taka, only the previous owner, Asaarashi. --Pawnkingthree (talk) 17:22, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

he needs a pic!
editTo anyone out there who has edited Musashi and still looks at their watchlist now and then. Musashi has to be the most prominent sumo personality right now who has no wikipedia pic. Ironically, one of the criteria stated when the pic he did have was deleted was that it was "replaceable". Years later, he has no pic. Anyone have or know someone who has an image they would give up to fair use and upload on wikicommons? Thanks for listening. FourTildes (talk) 23:34, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
