Correction
Civil War = 15 year timeline, not 17; This point is made here:

"While other Lebanese singers have followed the trend of the more fast-paced Egyptian dialect music (due to the large population of Egyptian dialect-speaking persons)" A possible correction for that would be: "(due to the wide popularity of the Egyptian dialect-speaking music within the Arabic-speaking world)". Lute
Is the instrument of Lebanon being talked about here the actual lute or the "oud" (the Arabic instrument related to the lute)?Editfromwithout (talk) 22:34, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
