NC Hardcore
editThis page needs a section on NC hardcore. The Brewery, the Sound Vent, Greene Street. BTBAM, KillWhitneyDead, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ledcraft (talk • contribs) 20:44, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
NC Musicians?
editIs this article about music specifically originating in NC or more of a general historical overview? If the latter, quite a number of musicians born in NC are missing from the page: Randy Travis, Clay Aiken, Eric Church, Roberta Flack, Chris Daughtry, Fantasia Barrino, Earl Scruggs. Not that Wikipedia is a compilation of lists, but page is currently missing quite a number of notable and recently famous individuals. Digitect (talk) 04:27, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
Should there be a page for North Carolina artist Eddy B & Tim Gunter, or should it be mentioned? JWsympathizer (talk) 16:20, 25 January 2022 (UTC)
Lead section
editI removed the following ref from the lead section b/c I couldn't find a discussion of the Triangle or even NC in the book: Unterberger, Richie (1999). Music USA: The Rough Guide. The Rough Guides. ISBN 1-85828-421-X. I also took out a lot of the bands from the long lead-section list, all except notable groups with solid wiki pages. The other groups do deserve discussion in their respective sub-sections, but let's keep the lead short and strong.--Junius49 (talk) 15:53, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
