I'm surprised somebody else was already considering this idea. Although my take would've involved giving each mainline game in the series (the MSX2 games, MGS1-4, PW and V) a "Discography of x" article. Jonny2x4 (talk) 23:44, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- At any rate, this article as it is right now isn't really about the music of the series per se, as it is a discography.Jonny2x4 (talk) 23:47, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
Proposed merge with Takahiro Izutani
editComposer is not independently notable from the series' music (no works specific about his compositions or career), so best to cover him in the existing article on the series music. Redirect was reverted without explanation so bringing to discussion. czar 18:34, 28 January 2017 (UTC)
- Yeah, let's merge a composer who worked on various unrelated IPs with a discography of a particular series because he worked on one or two albums. I don't understand what kind of absurd leaps of logic you go through to think that's a good idea. Jonny2x4 (talk) 18:16, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
- Outside of his work on this series, do you have any significant coverage of the composer's works in reliable sources? If not, then he's mainly/only known for his work on this series. czar 19:54, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
