The result of the move request was: page moved. Andrewa (talk) 14:33, 5 May 2012 (UTC)
Barn av Regnbuen → My Rainbow Race – This is the original English title of the song, and even the Norwegian Bokmål Wikipedia (as well as the Swedish-language) has chosen this title for the article. meco (talk) 10:45, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
- Support I see no reason to go with the Norwegian title. It's not like the English original is an obscure song that nobody ever heard about. It's the title song of a Pete Seeger album so it will almost invariably be referred to as "My Rainbow Race" and even the recent coverage speaks about "the Norwegian translation of Pete Seeger's My Rainbow Race". - Support - on one condition :) if this move goes ahead then you have to do as the Swedish and Norwegian wp and make the English original the lede and the translations the second section. In ictu oculi (talk) 21:28, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
- Support I was just going to give the same comment. Seems a bit strange that the English wikipedia uses the Norwegian name of the song, while the Norwegian wikipedia uses the English name... As far as I understand the English title is the original one and should be used here. The fact that there is a Norwegian translation could be commented on in the text. --Oddeivind (talk) 20:19, 29 April 2012 (UTC)
