With no other significant duties, I'll take this one. I suppose there won't be much for correction, but I'll give it a detailed read-through.--Retrohead (talk) 20:42, 29 March 2015 (UTC)
- Background
- resulting in five days in jail–the second "in" is not needed, if I'm correct.
- It could be "in jail" or "of jail", but "five days jail" won't work. Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 00:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
- Following the release of Damaged Black Flag...comma between the album and the band
- Shouldn't "new approaches" and "new sounds" be singular?
- I don't think that would be appropriate for this album—Black Flag didn't have a uniform approach or "sound" like many bands strive for. Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 00:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
- in Germany during a European tour in 1983→"during the 1983 European tour in Germany" (the second one sounds better to me)
- I'm not sure I can call it "the" European tour—the band often did multiple tours per year. I can't find a source at the moment that lists their tours to make sure. Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 00:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
- Reception and legacy
- "My War was but the first release by the band in 1984"–I assume the italicized word here is extra.
- In this case, "but" is supposed to mean "only". I've reworded to make it clearer. Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 00:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
- Also, what happened to the album's length in the 'track listing' section? Is it not supposed to be at the end of the track list anymore?
- Looking at the template documentation, it looks like it's optional. I don't see an example of how it's done with LPs—should I do it for it side, or just for the whole album? Curly Turkey ¡gobble! 00:08, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
- Other formal stuff
- The prose looks professionally written and easy to understand.
- Images and audio files are properly licensed and their use is justified.
- The sources are books and online reviews by reputed music websites/magazines, acceptable for GA level.
- Without further ado, I pronounce this for good article. Curly Turkey, you may add another "G" tag at your profile. Solid work.--Retrohead (talk) 19:52, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
