Could we discuss moving 'Mylo (musician)' to the namespace 'Mylo' instead? I don't think we'll have another wiki entry under the name 'Mylo' any time soon. Forgot69 10:03, 4 May 2005 (UTC)movReply

Having seen how insignificant Mylo, North Dakota is, it's probably OK to do so, and move what's currently at Mylo to Mylo (disambiguation). Please could you properly move this page across (you'll have to request an administrator to do so - see Wikipedia:Requested moves), rather than just copy & paste the text in - that way the history of the page is preserved. Cheers. Qwghlm 15:38, May 4, 2005 (UTC)
howcome somewhere with a population of 20 be called a city?!.. i guess forgot69 didn't anticipate the sony mylo, eh.

Myles was born in 1978 not 1980

Myles was born in 1973, not 1978 or 1980 - he was in my year at school. IIRC his birthday is in November, too. Gordonjcp (talk) 11:48, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

No, he wasn't, *this* Myles MacInnes was born in 1978 and is apparently not the same Myles MacInnes that I thought he was (pers. comm.) - sorry to all concerned ;-) Gordonjcp (talk) 16:28, 22 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Okay someone has been doing some funky monkey stuff. His song Doctor Pressure is a mix of Falling in Love and his song not Dr Beat and his song. Just check the lyrics. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Crowbaaa (talk • contribs) .

there are clearly elements from the gloria estefan/miami sound machine track 'dr. beat' in there. the 'doc-doc-doc-doc-doctor beat' vocal hook, and some congas, to name some. Kaini 01:46, 30 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
And the other dead giveaway is the fact that it's called Doctor Pressure. Fivepast 14:03, 11 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
and the fact that all the lyrics are from Dr. Beat. (or drop the pressure)

Artists sampled?

edit

Just listening to "Guilty of Love" - samples Prince's "Kiss" I think? Would be interesting to have a list of artists he's sampled on his records (probably listed in the liner notes)--Bmathew 19:05, 7 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

any word on when?..

George W. Bush

edit

The article quotes him saying: "I was living in Los Angeles when Bush stole the election in 2001(SIC - was 2000). It was very depressing." I have a bit of a problem with the SIC portion. Could we elaborate something such as "SIC - election was in 2000"? The wording as it is now implies that it is a definite fact that George W. Bush rigged the election.
