What is the procedure for citations that no longer work? I found one that is now behind a paydoor. Otherwise they are no longer available. Eric Patterson (talk) 03:03, 3 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Differentiating between companies in the Auran Group

edit

From what I understand there's several companies named Auran, which have the following roles:

  • Auran Games manages the games once released.
  • Auran Developments develops the games.
  • Auran Publishing publishes games.
  • Auran Holdings owns the group's trademarks.
  • Auran Technologies... not sure.
  • All 5 are proprietary limited companies (Pty) in Queensland, postal code 4005.

Since I'm not 100% sure, could anyone please clarify the situation and/or expand/update the article accordingly?

"contributed to"?

edit

How come Fury is listed as only being "contributed to by Auran", and not "developed by Auran". AFAIK Auran designed and developed the game entirely themselves (except for licensed technology of course, such as the Unreal Engine). 203.2.182.254 (talk) 00:30, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think the more accurate term is vaporware. Auran never fully developed Fury even though it released it. 12.206.60.33 (talk) 00:33, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

People, you don't revert a careful edit of 5,706 characters with multiple cites and call yourself responsible. This article is about N3V, but N3V and Trainz are closely intertwined and entangled. This Michael Bednarek needs to take time to fix things not cut them wholesale.

How do you call your self an editor ... when at your apparent best... you cut out 5,000 plus characters ON TOPIC. Material it took hours put together. Section was about N3V history, which updated the article to the last six years, not left it in the last decade. You should really feel proud, if you were 14.
Kindly take the time TO EDIT, not revert or don't come to Wikipedia. THis is butchery and laziness. You don't like the tone, fix it. No problem. But N3V and Trainz are intertwined, PERIOD. N3V's other projects were things your cavalier edit also cut out. BE AN EDITOR, NOT A PROBLEM.

This was slapdash and irresponsible. I wouldn't hire this guy for anything. // FrankB 02:53, 14 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
