Galaxy Type This galaxy NGC 1487 is labelled here as a "spiral galaxy" whereas it very evidently is not. In the scientific paper http://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/1997AJ....114..102A, Astronomical Journal v.114, p.102, the authors call this a "perculiar galaxy". Should not this galaxy therefore be called an "irregular galaxy" or "peculiar galaxy"? ComtedeMonteCristo (talk) 05:21, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
In fact this change has now been made and the galaxy is called "irregular" and the reference to the above article of Aguero and Paolantonio is given. ComtedeMonteCristo (talk) 05:46, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
