No operational information in article
editDoes anyone have any operational history for this class of locomotive? When did they go into service, what kind of traffic they were used for, when they were retired, etc. There's very little actual information here, apart from basic data. Resinguy (talk) 03:10, 16 April 2012 (UTC)

Merger proposal
editThe article on the Jb class should be merged into this one as there is no fundamental difference between them. The Jb were created from J class locomotives by converting them burn oil instead of coal. It seems unnecessary to have two articles for them.Stallion09 (talk) 20:07, 2 January 2014 (UTC) Done
