According to the Japanese page of Nagoya Grampus Eight, the Toyota Motors were promoted to the JSL (first division) in 1972 and were not the same as the Toyota that founded the JSL in 1965; they are separate clubs. Japanese Wikipedia seems to separate even histories of current J. League clubs and their forerunners. Surge79uwf (talk) 03:41, 23 November 2007 (UTC)
Manager
editThe manager in the info box and text contradict each other at present? (McNeillR (talk) 01:02, 10 January 2008 (UTC))
Logo/Team name
editI believe the team name is now simply "Nagoya Grampus" instead of "Nagoya Grampus Eight". Would someone care to update this, along with the new logo/crest if there is one? TakTak (talk) 20:32, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
