I'm not surprised that @I dream of horses: will incorrectly use the G4 tag, because they're not a Sysop and don't have the history of the deleted page, so as to compare it with the newly created version. Since they're not an Admin, I'll advice them to go through a recently created page thoroughly before tagging it, so as not to move too fast and make errors in their tagging. Nnadigoodluck, I actually nominated for CSD so that a sysop will look at the deleted version. After all, articles previously deleted via AfD need that extra attention. I'm being cautious, and making sure consensus isn't being violated. If a sysop rejects the CSD, I will not object nor be offended.
