editIt appears that I'm not the only one who has doubts about this engine employing 4 valves per cylinder (unless that question mark was placed there by the person who wrote that section, because they weren't sure and made a guess at it). Every other radial engine I can think of is a 2-valve engine, for the same reason that almost all pushrod engines are 2-valve.
