Nao

edit

I noticed that the pronunciation was changed from "now" to "na-oh". I reverted it back to "now" because this is how I have observed it pronounced by Aldebaran staff (I explicitly asked for clarification at the AAAI conference), how it is used by teams throughout the RoboCup Standard Platform League, how the Nao refers to itself on boot-up and how it is pronounced in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSKRgasUEko

Nao (robot)NAO (robot) — This page should be moved to NAO (robot) as NAO is the official spelling used by its maker, Aldebaran Robotics in all communications. Birdy904 (talk) 14:11, 4 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

脑 / 腦

edit

Is it just coincidence that nao means 'brain' or 'mind' in Chinese? (With the third tone, if this character: 脑 / 腦 is meant.) Adam78 (talk) 20:29, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
