neds/hooligans

I've removed the reference to them twice, but really I should have taken it to the talk page before the second removal...my bad.

The source given refers to gangstas, but makes no reference to neds/hooligans. So I guess putting them there counts as original research. Also, (and this may be original research on my part) I can understand the connection with gangstas/outlaw bikers as they often are connected to organized criminal activity and drug use, however neds/hooligans are more associated with antisocial behavior.
