Narewka (river) → Narewka River – This article is about the Narewka River. The parentheses are superfluous. I propose that the title be moved to "Narewka River". Nihil novi (talk) 01:51, 2 August 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. The problem here is that American English tends to say Foo River, whereas British English goes for River Foo. Is there any overwhelming reason why Polish rivers should use the American form, given it's not an English-speaking country? If not (and I definitely don't think there is), then that's why the parenthetical form is preferred, as you can see in Category:Rivers of Poland. We generally try to avoid imposing a specific national variety of English on articles to which it is not appropriate. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:23, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
- Comment. "River Narewka" has 77 Google Books hits, "Narewka River" has 269. The Commons category is at "Narewka River". On the other hand, all pages in Category:Narew basin are titled the way this one is now, without "River" either before or after the title. Dekimasuよ! 00:37, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
