No, it's not a text dump. It seems to be an article written by a public relations guy. Tarnopol's image is not so squeaky-clean as this article makes it out to be. Reference here. I started to remove all the unsourced material, which would leave the piece as a stub, but I don't know enough about R&B music people to do the best job.
