Fair use rationale for Image:Naiaweblogo.jpg
editImage:Naiaweblogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:34, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Famous Alumni of NAIA
editDoes anyone have a listing, or can we start a list of notable athletes who have competed in the NAIA? It would be helpful for student athletes. 71.235.169.248 (talk) 01:56, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Does the NAIA allow school to offer scholarships to students
editDivision II article suggest that NAIA commonly play D II schools so it would seem that there might me money involved. Or is the organization like DIII school? 140.209.246.89 (talk) 05:54, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
- Short answer -- yes. At one point there were separate football championships for Division I (scholarship) and Division II (non-scholarship)but these were merged several years ago. Think you'll find that scholarship policies vary institution to institution, conference to conference, and even sport to sport. 75.216.222.157 (talk) 03:54, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
Challenge to inclusion of bowling, men's gymnastics, men's volleyball, water polo as sponsored sports
editEvidence that the NAIA ever sponsored championships in bowling, men's gymnastics, men's volleyball or water polo is sparse or non-existent. The revision history provides no substantiation at the time of the introducing edit. If anyone has authoritative citations, please provide them. NAIA Media Guides from 1969 though 1978 should contain information on the first three sports if indeed they were sponsored for the years indicated in the article. (There have recently been invitational tournaments in men's volleyball and water polo; however, those are not official NAIA-sponsored championships.) Jeff in CA (talk) 23:33, 7 December 2009 (UTC)
Champions of Character
editI'm removing this section. It holds no information, and I'm not sure it is aything other than a promotional brandname. Drorzm (talk) 19:06, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
- It should be included, but re-written. Delete for now is okay by me.--Paul McDonald (talk) 19:13, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
