Added detail regarding Conferences, i.e. AGM, workshops, etc. 2.24.07

There were two other conferences in 1979 and 1980, under the banner of "Ontario Campus Radio Organization" or ORCO. The 1979 conference was held at CKCU-FM at Carlton University in Ottawa, the 1980 conference was held at CKLN-FM in Ryerson Polytechnic Institute (before it became Ryerson University) in Toronto. Sadly, I have no documentation for citations, just the personal experience of attending both conferences.
