The article at this time has no sources, and is not that long. That is usually considered a WP:STUB. It's not a badge of shame or anything, it's an invitation to other editors to help improve the article. If you could explain why you think it's not a stub, (as opposed to repeatedly removing the stub template with no edit summary) it would be appreciated.
