Treasure room
editTaking pictures of the treasure room is forbidden... um, but I did. Do we have to stick by the museum rules, or can I add some to the article? :o) — Hex (❝?!❞) 22:15, 18 July 2010 (UTC)
- There is the sign of "no photograph" in the entrance of treasure room. During its early days there always a security guard stationed in the treasure room, I remember discouraged to took the photograph when I was on my school trip aeons ago. However I think today CCTV security camera and alarm is considered enough to guard the treasure room, so you might steal a shot or two. Yet official rules in still "no photograph". - Yeah, well, that's what I'm saying... I managed to get away with quite a few. Naughty me. I'm just wondering if Wikipedia has a rule against adding real-world-forbidden photography to articles. It's not a case I've come across here before.
- Incidentally, my copy of the Lonely Planet guide to Indonesia comments that the treasure room is worth visiting if only for the air conditioning. I actually thought the treasure was better :) — Hex (❝?!❞) 21:05, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
