This is not Keishicho
The National Police Agency is not Keishicho (警視庁, http://www.keishicho.metro.tokyo.jp/ ), but Keisatsucho (警察庁 http://www.npa.go.jp/ ). Sh 07:12, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Keibuho and Keubu
According to the Japanese NPA, Keibu is Chief Inspector, and Keibuho is Inspector.[1]. The official English names for all police ranks are provided here, and I have changed all the ranks to reflect official NPA usage, the NPA being the subject of this article.
