editMissouri-Pacific Railroad is an incorrect and inaccurate name form which is being perpetuated by unfortunate use in numerous National Register listings. The correct corporate name is Missouri Pacific Railroad (no hyphen between 'Missouri' and 'Pacific'). This correct name form can be verified by a review of any Interstate Commerce Commission docket (ICC Reports), any 'Poors Manual of Railroads', or any 'Official Guide of the Railways' entry for Missouri Pacific Railroad.RI-Bill 05:39, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
