editNot sure it's correct to describe Rand as 'deontological' (she at any rate would reject this description). She is certainly in the natural rights tradition, but I think it makes more sense to conceive of her philosophy (as well as that of libertarians such as Roderick Long and Douglas Rasmussen) as being in a third tradition of 'Aristotelian' libertarianism, as opposed to deontological libertarianism. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.147.169.218 (talk) 19:53, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
