I've requested deletion of this title in mainspace as it is currently a redirect to a section with way less detail. That section can be trimed and this page listed as the makn article for the topic. Legacypac (talk) 08:06, 26 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
Since 2019, the cover no longer has the rank, but the Navy Anchor, USS Constitution, and Eagle in its place instead.
