Technically Not An Orphan, But...

edit

This is a couple of links that make up the whole entry, with no references, on a subject that sounds like it came from GeGeGe no Kitaro and not actual, you know, Japanese Mythology. Just because other editors don't understand the concept of Mythology versus Popular Culture (which isn't even a term execpt in the Wiki universe) What should be done? I'm going to look into rewriting or verifying this article - the second link is to information about one of Shigeru Mizuki's characters, not a mythical creature. Kotengu 23:56, 15 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Okay, in all honesty I cannot find any references to nekomusume as a legendary creature, aside from the "Yokai World" link. I'm going to change this to a disambiguation page until someone finds some better sources. Kotengu 00:17, 16 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

A specific transformation of the folkloric Bakeneko

edit

I feel this might be misleading as I cannot find any reference to this transformation in Japanese Folklore, shouldn't this be removed for the time being? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.124.163.114 (talk) 13:26, 18 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Should just redirect to Catgirl

edit

As far as this wiki is concerned, this should just redirect to catgirl and has no reason to be it's own article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MLisDreaming (talkcontribs) 14:53, 6 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
