- New Jersey Route 181 should be Route 181 per WP:USSH. For reference, any of your future NJ GAN's need to follow this convention.
- From looking at the SLD it does not appear NJ 181 interchanges with NJ 15 several times.
- "malformed cloverleaf interchange"? What is that supposed to mean? I suggest that this phrase be reworded.
- Do not use "then" in describing progression of route in route description.
- The sentence "Residential homes begin to follow the highway around the point where Route 15, the roadway to the east begins to parallel perpendicularly to the north." sounds awkward.
- Replace "jut" with "turn".
- Throughout the route description, you begin many sentences with "After"? Can you limit the use of this?
- The entire route description is sourced from Yahoo Maps. The SLD can also be used as a source.
- Unbold "State Highway Route 6-A" in history.
- "when the routes in state of New Jersey were totally renumbered": remove "totally".
- The last sentence of the History is sourced from Alps' Roads, which is not a reliable source. A different source should be used here.
- Add the street name for CR 517 to the Major intersections table.
