Neutrality / Cleanup

As of present, the majority of this article has been written by User:LindaWiseman. Ms. Wiseman is Marketing Director for the hospital; this may cause a conflict of interest as her motivations (promote the hospital by adding positively-worded information) are not those of a neutral editor (create a neutrally-worded article of appropriate length that consists solely of information about the hospital and does not advertise it.

To control this COI - while not completely ignoring the contributions Ms. Wiseman has made - I will be cleaning up the article shortly. This will include removing irrelevant information that serves solely to advertise the hospital, rewording certain phrases ("...joined forces with .. to form the regional health system known as Western Connecticut Health Network --> "... formed the Western Connecticut Health Network, a regional health system."), and cutting down the list of hospital services to include only relevant portions. I will also clean up the external links, replace broken and incomplete citations with properly linked (and, if possible, reliable third-party) citations, and delink a few unneeded internal links.
