New Nordic Cuisine
editHello. Why is the meta-page New Nordic Cuisine directing here? New Danish Cuisine is on the regional variation of the idea behind the New Nordic Movement. New Nordic Cuisine should indeed have its own page. RhinoMind (talk) 19:54, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
High importance
editHello. What is the rationale behind the "low importance" ratings of this subject? It does not make any sense. New Nordic Cuisine and in particular the ideas behind it has revolutionized the food cultures all over the world. Local, seasonal cooking, introducing new ingredients into cooking is largely standing on the shoulders of this movement. It is happening in all of Scandinavia, in Australia, in South America and probably many other regions. Seen from solely a Scandinavian POV, the New Nordic Cuisine has especially transformed the food cultures in the Scandinavian countries in particular. Also, just the fact that restaurants and chefs developing the New Nordic Cuisine has been celebrated repeatedly internationally and with some restaurants figuring as the best and most inspiring restaurants in the whole world, are evidence, that a "low importance" is out of the question. - It's the article that has a "low importance" rating, not the subject. Maproom (talk) 14:00, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
- Hi there. I thought that was all the same? Click the "importance" link in the box above and take a look. We can improve the Quality-rating of the article, but do you raise the importance? RhinoMind (talk) 18:12, 18 November 2016 (UTC)
