New Zero God is currently one of the most popular Greek rock bands; their newest album is heavily anticipated in Athens, Germany, and the U.K. for fans of British rock. This is due largely in part to Mike Pougounas, considered a Greek rock legend, and the fact that this is his third band. New Zero God is also the third band started by Mike Pougounas, referenced in this article, who is a pioneer and considered a legend of Greek rock. New Zero God is a part of Greek rock evolution that started with The Flowers Of Romance, also referenced in this article, and has continued through the industrial band Nexus to New Zero God. The Flowers Of Romance is a pivotal part of Greek rock's past, Nexus was a pivotal part of Greek rock's slightly recent present, and New Zero God is considered by Greek rock fans to be the future.
