The article discusses 13 herbs, and then names them: "The herbs are fennel, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, dried citrus peel, cinnamon, sand ginger, and nutmeg." However, these appear to be only seven herbs. Are there multiple kinds of some of the named herbs involved? How are the missing six herbs explained?
