editOnly ALN members, including La Prensa mention the word Pacto. It is subjective. Also, as this is an article about a political party, it should be included that a member of the Board of Directors left the party and the reason as this affects the publics understanding about the political party.
No. Number one, in Nicaragua everyone knows what el pacto is. So dont give me that. It is a common phrase to simbolize the union between Aleman and Ortega. Number two, citing the reasons for why any one man resign has some room in that man's article, but not in this article. If you want to write an article about Mauricio, go ahead. You are simply using Mauricio as a vehicle to say what you want to say, you are not adding a balanced story. Without Mauricio's background, we dont know if his words are worth mentioning. For all I know, he could be Aleman's nephew. Or he could be mad about something. His position may not be one that is generally held and his comments may be fueled by some other factor, his comments may be false. Second, you cite a little known paper that has had some known bias in the past. Thus, before adding comments that are bad for the reputation of an individual (or an organization) we need to check those comments (wikipedia policy) and their sources! For example, there are many damageble comments going around about Dr. Rizo, but I do not add them because it would brake wikipedia policy. Brusegadi 20:50, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
PC
editI think the sentence (or fragment) that was removed by the anon user (aka Pablo Pancho) refers to the PC and not the ALN. So the allegations for removing it do not stand. Brusegadi 17:03, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
Brusegadi, the August poll is no longer the most recent poll. So as to not confuse people, I removed the misleading language. Pancho.
If you can find the most recent poll (from a good source) please place it. Brusegadi 20:44, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:ALN flag.png
editImage:ALN flag.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
