Is there any particular reason for using so little capitalisation in the bibliography? For example, "The safeguard of the sea" is spelt just about everywhere (including the book's own cover) as "The Safeguard of the Sea". And so on. 81.159.58.45 (talk) 19:24, 25 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

The first volume of this triolgy appeared in 1997, the second in 2004. Since then his bibliography shows only three books published, two of which he was the editor and the third being a compilation of earlier essays. Now (September 2019) Amazon shows a date over a year hence, of October 2020, for the publicatiohn of Volume 3, but that may well be tentative. Is there any known reason for the over 15 year delay in publishing Volume 3? Is Prof. Rodger all right? S.C.90.248.76.42 (talk) 12:49, 26 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
