The article describes Nicholas as head of the Federal Legal Commission (FLC) but that's not actually correct. When he was on the DA professional staff he was for a time the FLC Manager, but that meant he was in charge of administrative support for the FLC. The FLC itself is headed by an elected chairperson, which is Glynnis Breytenbach (see e.g. [1]). htonl (talk) 12:11, 13 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
