However, I respectfully declined your speedy deletion request with no prejudice against the article's deletion through WP:AfD if the subject notability is in doubt because A7 do not applies to articles with credible claims of significance. Director-General, health services of Sri Lanka Navy is a credible claim of significance. If I have made an error, please accept my apologies. I'm so sorry for this, but i didn't know if has claim of significance or not, and also i suggest that i made a good error sometimes when i mark articles for deletion some of them that i did very wrong.
