Claims of inaccuracy
editUser:Slevysocal has consistently been reverting edits back to a promotional-laden copy of the article, both here and in Murder-Set-Pieces, which is not consistent with Wikipedia content. Okay, I think everyone but Slevysocal agrees that that's wrong. However, his last several reversions have included the edit summary Do you want Wiki to publish the correct facts? There are several things in this article (that you keep re-verting back to) that are simply not true. Please use the Links.
Obviously, we do want the information to be accurate; but at the same time, we do not want to substitute marketing hype. I invite Slevysocal to discuss the specific inaccuracies he perceives here, so they can be addressed constructively.
Slevysocal, we are not going to substitute your preferred text. As you can see, the consensus is strongly against this, and you evidently have a conflict of interest with respect to this article. However, like most editors, we would like to work with you to make this an accurate article, even if it will not be the promotional piece you are apparently looking for.

- User:Slevysocal, you keep editing with summaries like "Fixed false information and deleted false information". Please explain what you believe is false so we can address your objections. But stop your WP:edit warring immediately. TJRC (talk) 23:05, 7 February 2016 (UTC)
- One thing I'll add is WP has a policy of Wikipedia:Verifiability, not truth. A lot of what Palumbo is writing -- even though it may be true -- is not backed up by the sources. For example, there's an entire section on Palumbo doing the film 'Corpse' with his friend before the friend was killed by a grizzly bear. All the source mentions is that the man was killed by a bear. 90% of the article follows that type of reporting or includes no sources at all I.E. the controversy with Dee Snider was not reported by any reliable third-party sources.--CyberGhostface (talk) 00:14, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
- But the thing he keeps claiming is that the short version as it currently appears is incorrect; but refuses to indicate what he believes is incorrect, instead addressing it by substituting the long POV-ridden version he profers. TJRC (talk) 22:20, 8 February 2016 (UTC)

Obviously there are a lot of ridiculous "haters" here that seem to have made their mission in life to follow Palumbo. Let's stick with the facts and not politics. Point A: Palumbo was never in a movie called "Necromaniac: Schizophreniac 2". So, no need to link to the original film. Not logical. This "myth" has been going on for so long it's again, ridiculous. Point B: Palumbo was never in a movie called "The Glass Circle".Palumbo is not an actor. Point C: All of the Links work on the page and is/are proof as what the Link talks of. The proof is there is you care to Link to the appropriate subject. It's well known in film/horror circles about the death of Miller and the film "Corpse". It's well known in film/horror circles about Palumbo's wars and accusations of anti-Semitism from the Jewish singer Dee Snider of "Twisted Sister" fame. The Fangoria radio show debates were talked about everywhere and easy to Google. So is all the other information listed. You can Google either of these issues and see for yourself. - I've deleted the statements referring to Necromaniac: Schizophreniac 2 and The Glass Circle.. Anything else? TJRC (talk) 21:29, 13 February 2016 (UTC)
- "Well known in horror circles" doesn't pass Wikipedia:Verifiability. There's also the issue of failing WP:NPOV stuff like "Palumbo is internationally known by film fans and cinema critics for making ultraviolent, visually stunning and unnerving feature motion pictures", "This ultra-low budget horror debut placed Palumbo and his motion picture production company, Fright Flix Productions, at the forefront of independent horror filmmaking", " Palumbo set his sights on creating a visually stunning and truly evocative big screen filmic enterprise", etc, etc. I'm also curious as to why you are referring to yourself in the third person given that you are Palumbo given the uploads of him and his films listed as being under your copyright.
- I'll also add in response to your notion that we've made it our "mission in life" to follow you; I have little interest in you as a person or a filmmaker. What I do take issue with is you using Wikipedia as a place to promote yourself which is against policy and just common sense. If you want to register accounts on messageboards and shill your films there, as you've done in the past, I promise I won't interfere.--CyberGhostface (talk) 22:04, 13 February 2016 (UTC)
Redirect reversion
editThis page was redirected to Palumbo's film Murder-Set-Pieces. I've reverted that. The article has had its issues, but has twice survived AFD (once as "no consensus" and once as "keep"). I'm not a fan of either Palumbo or the COI editing we've seen both here and on the film article, but in the face of the AFDs, it should not be unilaterally removed. TJRC (talk) 05:13, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
- Fine but when I get the time I'm going to take a hatchet to 90% of the article as its predominately unsourced and fails WP:NPOV. Even the sources don't match up -- the NYTimes article is negative and Palumbo made it look positive.--CyberGhostface (talk) 07:21, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
- No objection from me. TJRC (talk) 07:42, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
- Honestly the entire thing was just a huge POV-laden mess and many of the sources are either broken or not directly related to the article that I reverted back to the earlier article before Palumbo started rewriting it. --CyberGhostface (talk) 22:05, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
