editShouldn't the little blurb about his father be on a Steve Swisher page somewhere?
Why did someone remove my thing about him striking out a lot and getting upset about it. It wasn't a lie. I live in the bay area, I watch him get upset in the dugout about it. And it IS a stat that he struck out over a 170 times in the 2006 season. I readded, don't delete it unless you really have a reason. It's the truth. He is known for striking out a lot and I think it should be part of this article.ChopAtwa 15:28, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- I just looked at the log and someone reverted all the CORRECT changes i made and labeled it as protecting vandalism...yeah ok ChopAtwa 15:40, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
Actually he struck out 152 times. That is an offical stat from Major League Baseball.
page says that he has 3 strikeouts in his career(obviously false. changed it to 665 (source: mlb.com) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.68.16.93 (talk) 03:13, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
he gets upset when he strikes out? yeah, so did I. not remotely relevant —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.68.16.93 (talk) 03:16, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Crappy picture
editCan't someone get a better picture of, oh you know, his FACE? 71.70.219.101 (talk) 23:23, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
Personality
editShouldn't there be a mention somewhere of Swisher's fun-loving personality? I think it's a notable part of his career as a player, encouraging him to pitch in 2009, being a good teammate, etc. --Jprg1966 (talk) 16:32, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
- Absolutely. It's a very big part of who he is. By all means, be bold and draft such a section. I'll add to it as I can. – Muboshgu (talk) 16:50, 21 June 2012 (UTC)
