Nigel Harris editor of RAIL magazine appears often on TV, edited multiple magazines, has contempories who have wikipedia articles etc, etc, etc. This article is therefore justified and notable GRALISTAIR (talk) 19:19, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Stkngjo: Please do not redirect articles existing in mainspace to draftspace. Such redirects should not exist and are eligible for WP:R2 speedy deletion. If an author resists draftification of their article, it should not be draftified again, and if there is still an issue with notability, it should be taken to Articles for Deletion.
