- Oppose: Yahoo Sports, The Guardian, her Instagram account, and various other sources use "Ardalan". Any search will confirm that she is much more often referred to as "Ardalan" than "Ardallani". — BarrelProof (talk) 22:18, 9 August 2021 (UTC)

- I hadn't noticed that recent move. Two of those three indeed have "Niloufar", but the Instagram account has "Niloofar", so I think that is acceptable as well. — BarrelProof (talk) 06:31, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
- After some web searching, I think "Niloufar" is more common in reliable sources than "Niloofar" in sources that discuss her, although the sources are mixed and I don't think the distinction is very important. Those are just two different ways to spell her Persian given name in English. There is a much bigger difference between "Ardalan" and "Ardallani", which would sound very different. — BarrelProof (talk) 22:58, 11 August 2021 (UTC)

- Any search will very rapidly and easily confirm that she is much more often referred to as "Ardalan" than "Ardallani" in independent reliable sources. She also uses "Ardalan" herself for her Instagram account, so it is clearly acceptable to her as well. — BarrelProof (talk) 16:56, 17 August 2021 (UTC)
