I may have overseen it, but i cannot find the meaning of F_a(v), where F_a is an element of the Lie algebra f. Only the subgroup H acts on V, how come the elements of f act nontrivially? And if it is truly so, what is their action, i.e. what kind of vector is F_a(v)?
