Benzoylecgonine also an active metabolite?
editThe tropane alkaloid article lists benzoylecgonine alongside cocaine as a stimulant. Whereas norcocaine is listed in the cocaine article as a 'minor' metabolite and benzoylecgonine as a major (more important?) one, why would the sole "active" metabolite be minor? Solely the amount metabolized in vivo of each being the considering factor making them major or minor (not even relative to activity)? Nagelfar (talk) 12:55, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
