This article should not be deleted as it will be useful to students studyin law, especially European Union law. This case may not be one of the major cases in EU law however it is still important. the ECJ addressed an important issue in this case, and the legal principle established is necassary to answer any question about the enforcement of EU law. The guidelines for notability state that an article will be notable if it addresses academic issues. being an important case in the study of EU law, this article definitely satisfies this requirement. I had trouble finding this case when conducting my own research, and I want future students to be able to locate a summary of this case with ease.
