editThe fact that they use meaningful symbols that aren't explained makes this article pointless to approach unless you already know its contents.
- I whole-heartedly agree, and this is a pet-peeve of mine for statistics in general. I come from a more formal mathematics background, where EVERY variable is usually defined somewhere ("given a set A of integers a1, a2, a3, .....", etc). I'd like to see such variables always defined. For example, in this page, μ is apparently being used to represent the mean, but I was only able to determine that from context. 128.147.28.71 (talk) 11:56, 12 August 2016 (UTC)

Absolute Scale
editaccording to this it needs to define also Absolute Scale ! I checked Absolute scale and it was a redirect to kelvin!SPhotographer (talk) 17:06, 27 November 2012 (UTC)
