This man was a professor at UCLA and has made significant contributions to the field of Social Science. As soon as I figure out how to link this page to other theories of his I'll let you know.
Obviously, as the reviewing administrator I declined to speedy-delete it, but you've got to say a little more about his career to make an article: at least his degrees, his exact academic positions, the awards and editorships and other distinctions he's undoubtedly won, and some indication of what his his most important or most cited articles. anything you can find specifically written about him from a third party source is also very important here.
