The current title of this article 'Norman Ian MacKenzie' implies that he used both forenames. None of the four cited obituaries indicates this, they all refer to him as Norman MacKenzie or Norman Mackenzie, so our title should not use his middle name. We need to disambiguate this article from those of the other notable Norman MacKenzies, but the conventional way to do this is to add a one-word description in brackets. I considered Norman MacKenzie (writer), Norman MacKenzie (journalist) and Norman MacKenzie (educationist), all of which are currently unused. The ODNB describes him as "journalist, educationist, and historian", so I favour Norman MacKenzie (journalist). For capitalisation (MacKenzie or Mackenzie) we should follow the ODNB and keep using MacKenzie. This article is not often updated, so I wil make a bold edit and change the title accordingly.
