edit I'm about to turn off the rendering of what was obviously a bot-created skeleton that would have been intended, and likely was used, to pull together markup for an early draft of the accompanying article on the town. If i were experienced in setting up automatic archiving of talk pages i would either do so -- or, more likely, be bored to tears by the process. Since it's still here, we've proven, in a decade and a half of editing and consulting one another, its relative harmlessness. Almost nothing disappears completely from the on-line edition, and my lazy approach to cleaning up after it, without disappearing it, is putting it out of sight by adding markup that any editor worthy of claiming to be one can switch back into visibility to their own eyes until their curiosity is satisfied.

notdetermine neither (the presumbly single editor) who added the "Streets" heading and those 2 urgently inquiring lines, nor when they did so.
