Bing and Google both use "WGS 1984 Web Mercator" as the basis for their maps. However, locating the same point on each gives different latitudes/longitudes. On Bing Maps, Tiarks' point is at 49°23′51.324″N, 95°9′12.3114″W. On Google Maps, Tiarks' point is at 49°23′52.8174″N, 95°9′12.4632″W. The location noted in the article as of the time I write this is the one from Bing.
